Selling Your Property
We understand your primary objective is to sell your property and in order to do so effectively we must understand your other objectives, e.g. is selling price priority over timescale. Our ethos is that we act for the Landlords, who pay us a fee and therefore we do not look to tenants, as other are inclined to, for what is generally referred to as an ‘administration charge. We also do not impose charges when a tenancy is renewed, the only financial obligation is that tenants are responsible for the cost of the check-out inventory at the termination of the tenancy, which is undertaken by an independent company and is charged at cost.
After viewing a property we will evaluate the potential rental and when instructed, we will market to all potential tenants, through the variety of media, including website, mobile and traditional print. We accompany all potential tenants and once a tenancy is agreed, we will take up references, take a deposit and arrange for rental payments to be paid into the landlords bank, instruct independent inventory company to prepare a schedule of condition/inventory, transfer utilities into the tenants name and undertake, if instructed for a small additional fee the full management of the property , which is found to be very advantageous when a landlord is abroad
