Beverley Williams and Associates is an independent Estate Agency with distinctive offices in the Village of Sunninghill. We cover a 10 mile radius & beyond of the Village, including Ascot, Sunningdale, Windlesham, Binfield, Virginia Water, Wentworth.

The company handles a variety of properties ranging from those for first time buyers and buy-to-let, to substantial and retirement properties. With a strong and varied letting portfolio, we offer a cost effective professional link for landlords and tenants and with No Administration charges for tenants, we attract credible, serious candidates...as a result we are always looking to further expand our rental offerings from 1 bedroom apartments to substantial homes for our many corporate and HNW Private Clients.

Due to the large number of flats that have been built within the area we are asked to manage the sites on behalf of the owners, which takes a lot of the time consuming administration away from them.

The company has links to all the professional bodies including ARLA & NAEA of which Beverley is a fellow, the dispute Service and the arbitration Service and we are represented on the major property portals including Rightmove Zoopla etc.

Beverley is supported in the office by Norma, Michelle & Richard, a loyal and experienced team who have been with him for many years and have created a following from the many satisfied customers since the company’s inception.

Sunninghill has a Village atmosphere with a variety of predominantly independently owned and managed retailers, this has created a true community atmosphere, which builds around it’s two annual events, the Victorian Fayre in November and Wheelbarrow Race on January 1st.

Sunninghill's proximity to Ascot with the spectacular Royal Ascot Race meeting and World renowned Golf Courses and events, including those at Wentworth & Sunningdale on the doorstep adding to Polo at Smiths Lawn, Coworth Park and Windsor with its Great Park and Castle being a short drive away and the south coast only an hours drive, this area of Berkshire is a popular place to live, work and play.
